Absolutely! With your subscription plan, you get unlimited designs for a flat monthly fee.  You can request as many revisions as you like until you are 100% satisfied.  We work on 1 new request a day.

The Basic Plan includes:

• (1) shared project leader, this means you and other basic subscribers can share a project leader
• (1) graphic designer, this is the amazing and talented designer that works on your account every day, remember, 1 designer can allocate 1 new request a day.
• Unlimited branding designs include logos and/or brand kits, such as business cards, letterheads, envelopes, email signatures, stationery sets, and anything that your brand needs.
• Unlimited social media post designs, including promo posts, branding posts, special and holiday posts, story posts, and any other types of posts not including videos for social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

The Standard Plan includes:

• Everything on the basic plan, but instead of a shared project leader, we have now assigned a dedicated leader to your plan.
• This plan also includes unlimited business and marketing designs, this refers to brochures, corporate folders, infographics, promotional items where your brand is needed, digital-use posters, flyers, and invitations.

The Premium Plan includes:

• Everything on the Standard Plan, plus (1) more designer, so now you have (2) of these awesome wolves.
• This plan also includes Sales and Marketing Designs, which refer to sales proposal designs, report proposal designs, PowerPoint templates, presentation decks, booklets, and newsletters.
• Plus, Printing Material and Advertising Ads, anything you can think of, we can make it ready to print, make sure you provide the template or dimensions and desired resolution from your vendors to ensure it prints in the right quality.  This can be small-scale such as business cards, flyers, posters, brochures, signage, and print ads, to large-scale printing such as billboards, car magnets, restaurant menus, banners, tradeshow backdrops, and more.

The Enterprise Plan includes:

• Everything on the Premium Plan, plus (1) more designer, so now you have (3) of these awesome wolves.
• This plan also includes unlimited Product and Merchandise Designs such as t-shirt designs, product mockups, etc.

You get to try us, risk-free for 3-days.  If you like the work you get, you can sign up for one of our plans with ease, with no strings attached.  *Excludes the Enterprise plan.

Depending on your subscribed plan, that is how many people can work on a design per day, if you need a higher volume, then we recommend getting an upgrade or signing up for an additional account.  Talk to us, we’ll make the best recommendations for you.

Typically, we send you a revision within 1-2 business days.  Keep in mind, that we will always have your project leader, follow up with you to make sure the timing is communicated, as well as the status.

Anything included in your subscription plan.  Keep in mind that larger and complicated designs take a little longer to complete.

Absolutely not dude!  We believe our pack will be with you until you say so, there is no need to attach you unhappily to an annoying contract.  You go month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.

Regardless of your subscription plan, you get 1 project leader, and designers, the number of designers depends on your plan.

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (central time).  New Year’s Day, New Year’s Eve, Christmas Day, and Christmas Eve are company-wide holidays.

Include the information you want on your design, including size, orientation, format (print/digital, etc.), preferred colors, elements, logos, inspiration design, text, copy, and anything else you think is important.

An unlimited number of brands, we’re happy to help on anything that falls under your subscription plan.

Brand kits, logos, business cards, flyers, brochures, letterheads, envelopes, folders, presentations, reports, invitations, posters, icons, gifs, infographics, magazine ads, newspaper ads, packaging and labels, PowerPoint templates, print ads, product mockups, social media posts, social media branding, promotional materials, billboards, restaurant menus, signage, print ads, t-shirt design, tradeshow banners, web ads, and just about anything else that can be done in Photoshop and Illustrator.

If you would like to resell any of the designs that the Pack creates, make sure to let your Project Leader know so that we make sure we create items from scratch or with the right license granted elements to give you full rights to sell your design.  Remember, we use stock photos, and we made sure they are licensed to be used, but knowing the purpose of the design, can help design from scratch and not with templates.  We do ask that if you send us material, you make sure you have the full license rights to use, remember, Wolf Dude is not responsible for the use of unlicensed material, we are not held liable for the rights of the final design.

WolfDude HQ is in space city, Houston, Texas, we operate in CST time.  Many of our design team members work remotely in different time zones but accommodate gladly to the HQ time zone.    WolfDude does not outsource work or works with freelancers, this is an important part of our service and how we can stay consistent and continue providing high-quality designs to our clients.  We build strong teams of dudes/ettes that can deliver quality work at all times.
